DataController (code name) is a storage engine that allow's MySQL to links to other Databases Engines. This new storage engine is based on other open source work in order to successfully connect to MS SQL or Oracle extended and integrated into MySQL.
The main goals of DataController are to exntend MySQL to provide an easy and efficient way for Data Integration tool, also as an ETL tool by pushing code directly in MySQL in order to perform real-time Business Intelligence processing.
