Getting Help
There are always resources out there for you to get help if the content here isn't enough.

[edit] Forums
- MySQL Forums are a great place to ask questions and get answers. Everything is topical, and you can even subscribe to a thread or to the entire topic of your interest via RSS!
[edit] Mailing lists
- The MySQL Mailing Lists also are a very helpful resource. Before subscribing and posting, make sure to search the list archives - maybe your question has already been answered! The MySQL mailing list server can also be accessed with a Usenet News reader of your choice, if you prefer to not be overwhelmed with too much email. The mailing lists are available as newsgroups via NNTP at news://lists.mysql.com/. Messages posted are automatically gatewayed to the mailing lists.
[edit] IRC
IRC or Internet relay chat is the ideal way to interact directly with MySQL users and developers in real time. See the dedicated Wiki page about IRC for more info on this particular resource.
[edit] Usenet News Groups
There is a large number of MySQL-related Usenet Discussion Groups which also provide help and support.
