In the WHMCS License you can do delete you clients. You can just removes all the that related to that client from the WHMCS database. To delete just click the clients tab on the administration menu bar. Then browse for the client name that you want to delete and then click the clients name to enter to the clients summary page, then click the delete client in the red from the quick link section of the summary page.
You will ask to confirm it if you want to delete the client or the user, and it will be removed and you will automatically return to the clients list.
