WL#1410: Audit/Security log separate from general query log

Affects: Server-7.0 — Status: Un-Assigned — Priority: Medium

Users often request a logfile that contains relevant audit/security and other
info, like the general query log has. Things like failed login attempts,
connection drops, and so on.

Naturally they do NOT want to enable the general query log, they are not
interested in all queries. They basically want all non-query entries that
currently only go into the general query log.

This should not be difficult to implement, or take much time.

Optionally, it should be possible to send these log entries to a separate
logging facility (e.g. syslog) instead of writing into a logfile.
